外国人到中国驻外使领馆申请Z签证（工作签证），需要准备什么材料？

每个国家资料可能不同，请和所在国的中国领事馆确认。

一般材料：

1、护照：有效期为6个月以上、有空白签证页的护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件1份。

2、签证申请表及照片：1份《中华人民共和国签证申请表》及1张粘贴在申请表上的近期正面免冠浅色背景彩色护照照片。

3、合法停留或居留证明（适用于不在国籍国申请签证者）：如您不在国籍国申请签证，您需提供在所在国合法停留、居留、工作、学习的有效证明或有效签证的原件和复印件。

4、原中国护照或原中国签证（适用于曾有中国国籍，后加入外国国籍者）：如您系首次申请中国签证，须提供原中国护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件；如您曾获中国签证并持新换发的外国护照申请签证，须提供原外国护照照片资料页及曾获得的中国签证复印件（如果新护照所记载的姓名与原护照不一致，还须提供有关官方出具的更改姓名的证明文件）。　

5、以下材料之一：

（1）人力资源和社会保障部门签发的《外国人就业许可证书》；工作期限不超过90日的，还需提供《外国人在中国短期工作证明》，且申请人须在《外国人在中国短期工作证明》上注明的起始日期前申请签证，工作时间不能超过《外国人在中国短期工作证明》所注期限；

（2）外国专家局签发的《外国专家来华工作许可证》或《外国人工作许可通知》；

（3）工商行政管理部门签发的《外国（地区）企业常驻代表机构登记证明》；

（4）文化行政主管部门签发的营业性文艺演出批件（只适用于来华进行营业性演出的申请人）；演出期限不超过90日的，还需提供《外国人在中国短期工作证明》，且申请人须在《外国人在中国短期工作证明》上注明的起始日期前申请签证，演出时间不能超过《外国人在中国短期工作证明》所注期限；

（5）中国海洋石油总公司签发的《外国人在中华人民共和国从事海上石油作业邀请信》；

General Materials: 

1. Passport: one copy of the original passport with a blank visa page and one copy of the passport photo information page with a valid period of more than 6 months.

2. Visa application form and photos: 1 copy of the "Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China" and 1 recent colour passport photo with bareheaded front and light background pasted on the application form.

3. Certificate of legal residence or residence (applicable to visa applicants who are not in the country of nationality): If you are not applying for a visa in the country of nationality, you need to provide the valid certificate of legal residence, residence, work and study in the country of residence or the original and copy of the valid visa.

4. Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who have Chinese nationality and later joined foreign nationality): If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you must provide the original Chinese passport and a copy of the passport photo information page; If you have obtained a Chinese visa and applied for a visa with a newly issued foreign passport, you must provide the photo information page of the original foreign passport and the copy of the Chinese visa you have obtained (if the name recorded in the new passport is inconsistent with the original passport, you must also provide the certificate document of changing the name issued by the relevant authorities).

5. One of the following materials:

(1) Foreign Employment Permit issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department; If the working period does not exceed 90 days, the Foreign Short-term Work Certificate in China shall also be provided, and the applicant shall apply for visa before the starting date indicated on the Foreign Short-term Work Certificate in China, and the working time shall not exceed the period indicated in the Foreign Short-term Work Certificate in China;

(2) The Work Permit for Foreign Experts in China or the Work Permit Notice for Foreigners issued by the Bureau of Foreign Experts;

(3) Registration Certificate of Permanent Representative Offices of Foreign (Regional) Enterprises issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce;

(4) Approval documents for commercial performances issued by the competent cultural administration department (only applicable to applicants who come to China for commercial performances); If the performance period does not exceed 90 days, it is also required to provide the Foreign Short-term Work Certificate in China, and the applicant must apply for a visa before the start date indicated on the Foreign Short-term Work Certificate in China, and the performance period cannot exceed the period indicated in the Foreign Short-term Work Certificate in China;

(5) Letter of Invitation for Foreigners to Engage in China National Offshore Oil Corporation in the People's Republic of China issued by China National Offshore Oil Corporation.

注意：入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件，但停留期为30日且签证上标注“工作时间不得超出工作证明所注期限”的除外。

Note: Within 30 days after entering China, you must apply for a residence certificate from the entry and exit administration of the place where you intend to stay, except for those whose stay period is 30 days and the visa is marked with "working hours shall not exceed the period indicated in the work certificate".
