上海外籍高校STEM毕业生申办《外国人来华工作许可》注意事项
最近收到不少STEM专业毕业生的咨询，问办理外国人来华工作许可的材料怎么准备。今天不绕弯子，直接盘几个最容易踩坑的材料细节，准备提交的朋友对照着检查一遍吧。
We have recently received many inquiries from graduates with STEM majors asking how to prepare the documents for the Foreigner's Work Permit in the People's Republic of China. Today, we will get straight to the point and go through a few of the most common pitfalls in document preparation. If you are preparing to submit an application, please check your documents against the points below.
<确认专业>申请人取得学位应为科学（Science）、技术（Technology）、工程（Engineering）、数学（Mathematics）领域。学历材料可提供成绩单体现STEM专业领域。
[Confirm the Major] The applicant's degree must be in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. The academic credential documents may include a transcript showing the STEM field of study.
STEM博士毕业生应5年以内毕业于世界排名前200名大学，且40岁周岁及以下。
STEM doctoral graduates shall have graduated within the past five years from a university ranked among the top 200 in the world and be 40 years old or younger.
STEM硕士及以上学位应毕业于世界高水平大学（世界排名前500名大学）或国内双一流建设高校。
STEM master's degree holders and above must have graduated from a world-class university (ranked among the top 500 globally) or from a Chinese "Double First-Class" university.
STEM学士及以上学位应毕业于世界排名前500名境内外高校STEM（科学、技术、工程、数学）专业，且从事与专业领域（科学、技术、工程、数学）相关的岗位。
STEM bachelor's degree holders and above must have graduated from a domestic or overseas university ranked among the top 500 in the world with a STEM major and be engaged in a position related to their professional field (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).

申报时系统里要选择毕业院校，如不在系统可选范围，需提供世界排名榜单截屏并加盖公司公章。
When submitting the application, the graduating institution must be selected in the system. If the institution is not among the options available in the system, a screenshot of the worldranking listmust be provided andstamped with the official seal of the company.
