外国人更换工作必须要按照以下流程：

原公司注销工作许可——拿到工作许可注销证明及原公司的离职证明——新公司协助办理工作许可及居留许可

The processes of replacing job are as follows:

The cancellation of work permit conducted from the previous company——an original certificate of cancellation on work permit and a release letter from the previous company——the new company assist in applying for work permit and work residence permit.   

申请工作许可证及居留许可所需的材料：

1.外国人来华工作许可申请表

2.工作资历证明

3.最高学位（学历）证书或相关批准文书、职业资格证明

4.聘用合同或任职证明（包括跨国公司派遣函）

5.申请人护照或国际旅行证件、申请人有效工作居留许可

6.申请人6个月内正面免冠照片

7.工作许可注销证明

8. 广东省外国人签证数字相片采集检测回执

9. 大一寸蓝底彩色照片1张

10. 境外人员临时住宿登记表

11. 签证证件的证明（担保）函件

12. 居留许可调查表

13. 其他证明材料

2. Work qualification certificate

3. The highest educational degree (academic degree) certificate or relevant approval documents, professional qualification certificate

4. Employment contract or employment certificate (including assignment letter of multinational company)

5. The applicant's passport or international travel document, and the applicant's valid work and residence permit

6. Front bareheaded photos of the applicant within 6 months

7. Work permit cancellation certificate

8. Guangdong Province Foreign Visa Digital Photo Collection and Detection Receipt

9. One color photo with a one-inch blue background

10. Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of Overseas Personnel

11. Certification (guarantee) letter of certificate

注意：

1. 办理工作许可转聘时，原工作类居留证件要在有效期内，且工作岗位（职业）未变动。

2. 尽量不要在原工作签证快要到期时才办理工作许可转聘，因为在工作签证到期需要办理停留签证时，若无法提供新办工作签证的相关证明文件，签证机关会不予批准办理停留签证，申请人只能被遣返回国。

Notes:

1. When applying for employment transfer of work permit, the original residence permit for work shall be within the validity period, and the work position (occupation) has not changed.

2. Try not to apply for a work permit transfer until the original work visa is about to expire, because it is necessary to apply for a stay visa when the work visa expires。If the relevant supporting documents of the new work visa cannot be provided, the visa authority will not approve the application for a stay visa, and the applicant can only be deported.
