外国人工作许可与工作类居留许可延期
随着中国职场的国际化程度不断提升，不少外籍人才选择长期扎根工作。但《外国人工作许可证》有效期有限，若想继续合法任职，延期手续必须提前办、办对路！
With the increasing internationalization of the Chinese workplace, many foreign talents choose to stay and work for a long time. But the validity period of the Foreigner Work Permit is limited. If you want to continue to work legally, the extension procedures must be completed in advance and done correctly!
一、《外国人来华工作许可》延期需要哪些材料？
What documents are required for the extension of the Foreigner's Work Permit?
核心文件Core document：
•《外国人来华工作许可延期申请表》（在线填写打印，申请人签字+单位公章）；
•"Application Form for Extension of Foreigner's Work Permit" (filled out and printed online, signed by the applicant and stamped with the company seal);
• 聘用证明：中文聘用合同或任职证明（注明工作时间、地点、内容、薪酬、职位，签字盖章）；
•Employment certificate: Chinese employment contract or employment certificate (indicating working hours, location, content, salary, position, signed and stamped);
• 身份凭证：护照或国际旅行证件、有效签证/居留许可的信息页及入境签章页；
• Identity documents: information page of passport or international travel document, valid visa/residence permit, and entry stamp page;
• 原有证件：《外国人工作许可证》（电子社保卡）原件（到期前需保持有效）；
• Original documents: "Foreigner Work Permit" (electronic social security card), (must remain valid until expiration);
特殊材料：
• 《外国人来华工作许可》全程网办承诺书。
• Special materials: Full online application commitment letter for the "Foreigner's Work Permit for China".
• 若按照积分要素计分赋值表，还需提供积分情况说明、薪资承诺书与电子税务局的完税单截屏（根据实际情况提供）
• If scoring according to the integral element rating table, additional submission of a points situation statement、payroll commitment letter and Screenshot of Tax Payment Form from Electronic Taxation Bureau is required(Provided based on actual situation).
注意：
关键时间点：最早可以在到期前提前90日-120日申请；
护照有效期需至少超过6个月，且至少有两页空白签证页。
Note:
Key time point: The earliest date for application is 90 days to 120 days before the maturity date;
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank visa pages.
二、全程办理流程：
Full process of handling
1.在线申请：登录「外国人来华工作管理服务系统」，选择对应情形填报信息、上传材料；
Online application: Log in to the " Service system for foreigners working in China", select the corresponding situation to fill in information and upload materials;
2. 受理审核；
Acceptance review;
3.通过后可下载中华人民共和国外国人工作许可通知
After approval, you can download the Notification letter of Foreigner’s work permit in the People's Republic of China
三、受理时间
Acceptance Time
正常受理时间为预审5个工作日＋复审3个工作日，一共8个工作日。
The normal acceptance time is 5 working days for preliminary review and 3 working days for re review, totally 8 working days.
工作许可延期受理通过后可办理工作类居留许可延期
After the acceptance of the work permit extension, the extension of the work residence permit can be processed
